Collaboration enquiries
The form collects your name, email address, company if provided, project type, indicative budget and message. This information is stored in a protected administrator area to handle your enquiry. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to any newsletter.
Professional outreach
The private area lets Leïla research businesses using publicly available professional information through Apify: name, category, address, website, telephone and, where available, business email and social accounts. The data is used to prepare collaboration proposals. Outreach messages are individually drafted and approved in the studio, then sent through Resend when that service is connected. The recipient, content and delivery status are kept in the private area to follow the relationship. Contacts marked “Do not contact” are excluded from sending.

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your information, or object to being contacted, by writing to the address above.
Social accounts and cross-posting
The private studio uses Meta APIs and YouTube API Services for accounts connected by its owner. It retrieves account IDs and names, available Instagram statistics, and the IDs, captions, dates and files of Reels to be cross-posted. Once enabled, new Reels are transferred to the selected YouTube channel or Facebook Page using the chosen settings. Published video IDs and their status are retained in a private history. Selected aggregate statistics feed the public media kit.
Access authorisations and transfer sessions are encrypted in the studio database. The module does not request Google or Facebook passwords: sign-in takes place with those services. Google data is used only for the requested connection, publishing and tracking functions, without selling data or using it for advertising.
Cross-posting can be paused from the studio. Disconnecting removes the authorisation stored by this module once ongoing transfers finish. Access can also be revoked directly in your Google account permissions or Facebook business integrations. To delete account data and history stored on this website, email contact@labaroudeuse.com. Disconnecting the studio does not delete videos already published: these are managed on each platform.
External services apply their own policies: Google privacy policy, YouTube terms and Meta privacy policy.
Cookies and external services
The admin area uses a 12-hour session cookie to protect access. Your animation pause preference is saved in your browser. No advertising analytics tool is integrated. Links to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Snapchat open those services, which apply their own privacy policies. The media kit does not load embedded players from these platforms.
Hosting and providers
The Vercel version uses Vercel for hosting and Neon for studio data. The OpenAI Sites version uses Cloudflare. Apify is used for searches launched from the admin area and for preparing the catalogue of La Baroudeuse’s public posts. Form submissions remain in the site database and are not sent to Apify. When an email is sent from the studio, Resend processes the recipient’s address and message content. Replies arrive in La Baroudeuse’s email inbox.
